Transmittals |

During the design phase in TeamBinder, documents are generally distributed automatically via a distribution matrix. During the construction phase, it is often required to simply send specific documents to specific sub contractors and in many cases to send hard copy transmittal to subcontractors for whom it is not practical to download and print the documents directly from TeamBinder. In this case TeamBinder provides the option to create transmittals, which serve the dual purpose of both recording the issue of documents to one or more parties, and, ensuring as documents are revised, the same recipients will receive auto notification of the revisions. |
